Walmart Again Ducks Greenpeace ‘Recyclable’ Suit But Refiling OK

Walmart Inc. dodged Greenpeace’s latest allegations that the retailer deceptively marketed numerous plastic products sold under its private brands as “recyclable,” when a federal court in California again said the environmental advocacy group lacks standing to sue.

But Greenpeace may file a fourth amended complaint, the US District Court for the Northern District of California said.
