Special Master Appointed to Hear Interstate Aquifer Dispute

The resource at issue and relief sought may be different, but for the third time in roughly the past year, the U.S. Supreme Court has appointed a special master to oversee an interstate water dispute and recommend a ruling to the court (Mississippi v. Tennessee, U.S., 143, ORIG., special master appointed 11/10/15).
