Advocates for a proposed Oakland Athletics downtown baseball stadium project won the backing of California appeals judges Thursday who rejected arguments that an environmental report was deficient.
The court affirmed the trial court’s ruling that, for the most part, the environmental impact report’s analysis and conclusions were reasonable and supported by the evidence.
