Manchin Vows to Ensure ‘Fairness’ in Biden Oil Leasing Pause

Sen. Joe Manchin said he supported the Biden administration’s pause of oil and gas leasing on federal lands, while signaling scrutiny of any efforts that would make it impossible for companies to work on existing leases.
