A Louisiana federal judge must reject the US Army Corps of Engineers’ request to take another look at a wetlands determination, according to the owners of a timber plantation who say they’re stuck in an “endless loop.”
The Corps told the US District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana that it believes Garry Lewis and G. Lewis Louisiana LLC’s property still contains protected waters subject to regulation.
