Interior Pick Avoids Commitment on Conoco Arctic Oil Project

Interior Secretary-designate Deb Haaland downplayed her past criticism of ConocoPhillips Alaska Inc.’s Willow oil project in Alaska but didn’t commit to allowing it to proceed without changes.
