Craig Manson, a past assistant secretary for the U.S. Department of the Interior, joined the Earth & Water Law Group in Sacramento, Calif., in late May.
Manson, a former California Superior Courts judge who spent 36 years practicing natural resources law, says there is a laundry list of environmental issues the federal government needs to address.
