Environmental groups July 24 appealed the dismissal of their lawsuit seeking to force the Environmental Protection Agency to regulate lead bullets under the Toxic Substances Control Act (Trumpeter Swan Society v. EPA).
The groups, which include the Center for Biological Diversity and six other groups, appealed a May 23 federal district court ruling to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
