Greenhouse Gas Cuts Focus of UN Shipping, Aviation Bodies

The global Paris Agreement on climate change specifically does not cover international shipping and aviation, leaving greenhouse gas reduction rules for the oceans and skies largely to a pair of United Nations bodies.

Those groups will spend much of 2018 focusing on how to curb significant greenhouse gas emissions linked to their industries.
