A group of environmental organizations asked D.C. appellate judges Friday to wade into litigation against the restoration of California’s vehicle emissions waiver.
The Sierra Club, Conservation Law Foundation, and others filed a motion to intervene at the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in Ohio v. EPA, a case brought by Republicans-led states against the California exemption.
