EPA Failing to Act on Denver Ozone Pollution, Lawsuit Says

The Environmental Protection Agency has yet to act on Colorado’s failure to submit its plan for cleaning up ozone pollution in Denver, putting public health and the functioning of ecosystems at risk, according to a lawsuit filed Thursday in a federal court in the state.
