EPA Asked to Delay Moves on Refinery Biofuel Waivers Amid Appeal

Seven Republican senators are imploring the EPA to delay decisions on exempting refineries from biofuel-blending requirements until the Supreme Court has ruled on a case involving those waivers.

  • “Granting additional small refinery exemptions at this time would be inconsistent” with the 10th Circuit ruling set to be reviewed by the Supreme Court, according to letter from senators including Roger Marshall of Kansas and Chuck Grassley and Joni Ernst of Iowa
