Energy Department Backs Nuclear but Won’t Be ‘Passing Out Checks’

The Trump administration wants to “revive and revitalize” nuclear power in the U.S., but the industry shouldn’t expect too much federal funding for advanced reactor development, Suzanne Jaworowski, Energy Department Office of Nuclear Energy chief of staff, said March 6.
