A federal appeals court has ordered the EPA to provide a record documenting its decision to order DuPont de Nemours Inc. to provide toxicity information about the so-called GenX chemicals.
The US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit issued the order on Tuesday to address a petition DuPont de Nemours filed on March 9 challenging a test order the Environmental Protection Agency issued in January.
