Dominion Energy can move forward with construction on certain sections of its Atlantic Coast natural gas pipeline in North Carolina, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission says in a filing.
The order covers portions of the project’s route where tree felling has occurred or where there are no trees. It includes modifications in May 14 and June 4 requests from the company.
FERC reviewed a June 28 letter from U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and determined no additional consultation is required.
