DOJ Environment Head Vows Telework Flexibility in Virus Response

Leaders in the Justice Department’s environment division should be “as flexible as possible” with employees juggling remote work and family responsibilities during the new coronavirus pandemic, the division’s top official said.

In an internal memo obtained by Bloomberg Law, Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Bossert Clark laid out the Environment and Natural Resources Division’s plans for “maximum telework.”

“If you are able to work from home, please do so,” he said in an email sent Monday evening.
