Decades-Old Utility Lobbying Group Disbands Amid Probe (1)

A coalition of electric utilities that fought Obama-era environmental regulations is disbanding as Congress investigates its connections with a top federal air regulator.

The Utility Air Regulatory Group, an organization that has represented utilities across the U.S. for more than four decades, is dissolving, the group said in a statement published online.
