Conservation Groups Appeal to Block Wyoming Grizzly Killings

The Tenth Circuit should reverse a judge’s decision that the federal government can allow the killing of up to 72 grizzly bears in western Wyoming to protect cattle and other livestock, according to a notice of appeal filed in a federal court in that state.

Western Watersheds Project, the Alliance for the Wild Rockies, and Yellowstone to Uintas Connection filed the notice after the US District Court for the District of Wyoming dismissed their lawsuit in May.
