A Wyoming judge has agreed to restart litigation over an Obama-era methane rule after another judge struck down the Trump administration’s attempt to scrap the regulation.
The U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming on Tuesday granted a request from right-leaning states to bring the unresolved case back to life and agreed to a fast litigation timeline—giving opponents of the 2016 Bureau of Land Management rule another chance to block it from taking effect.
