California Trucking Company Sued Over Water Pollution Releases

A facility operated by a California commercial trucking company is illegally releasing polluted rain water into the Pajaro River, which is home to critical habitat and endangered animals, according to a lawsuit filed in federal court.

Hildebrand & Sons Trucking Inc.'s violations of the company’s stormwater permit and the Clean Water Act are “ongoing and continuous,” according to the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
