California Sues Trump Over Administration Water Plans

California is fighting back against President Donald Trump and his administration’s plans to change how water is distributed in the Golden State.

Attorney General Xavier Becerra on Thursday evening filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court of Northern California saying that the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation adopted management plans that are inadequate and fail to protect imperiled species like salmon, smelt, and sturgeon.
