Montrose Chemical Corp. should be allowed to stack more than 115 insurance policies to cover cleanup costs related to DDT contamination around coastal areas in Los Angeles, California’s highest court ruled Monday.
In the ruling, the California Supreme Court sided with Montrose and sent the case back to a state appeals court for further action in the long-running case that dates back 30 years.
