The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has signed off on TC Energy Corp.’s plan to cross federal land at Ft. Peck, Mont., for construction of the Keystone XL pipeline, one of the last remaining federal hurdles for the long-stalled project.
- The Army Corps granted permission to the Bureau of Land Management to use land managed by the Corps in the project’s right of way, said Michael Izard-Carroll, a spokesman for the Corps’ Omaha district.
