Alaska Sues Biden Administration for Access to Federal Lands

The Biden administration has failed to lift decadeslong restrictions on 28 million acres of land in Alaska, according to a new lawsuit filed in a federal court in the state.

The delay prevents the state from exercising its right to claim valuable lands or study the valuable resources on those lands, according to a statement on the lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska on Wednesday.
