Certain air pollution and environmental justice rules remain outstanding concerns for stakeholders who convened Wednesday at a public meeting with EPA’s acting air leader.

Members of the Clean Air Act Advisory Committee, a group tasked with advising the agency on air law implementation, grilled the acting Office of Air and Radiation head Joe Goffman on how—and when—the agency plans to unveil rules for ozone, diesel truck, and power plant emissions.
