The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sued Buc-ee’s Ltd. in Texas federal court for allegedly refusing to provide workplace accommodations to a cashier with a muscle disorder and firing him because of his disability.
Dale Witt suffers from Myasthenia Gravis, a which causes muscle weakness and can affect breathing, according the complaint, which claims Witt requested permission to sit while working and to avoid standing for more than 15 minutes.
