Walgreens Must Face Ex-Dishwasher’s $2.5 Million Benefits Suit

A former dishwasher in Walgreen Co.'s discontinued restaurant business can move forward on claims the company owes him $2.5 million under an executive compensation plan he participated in more than 30 years ago, a ruling by a Chicago federal judge indicates.
