Study Sees Growth in Paid-Time-Off Bank Use
By Employers Instead of Allocated Leave Time

While most employers still allocate paid leave for workers by type, such as sick leave or vacation time, an increasing share are moving to a paid time off bank (PTO) system, in which employees have a set number of days of leave they may use for any reason, according to survey results released June 30 by WorldatWork.
