Bolstering retirement savings tops the House’s to-do list this week, paving the way for other lawmakers to make the case for competing tax priorities.

House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Richard Neal (D-Mass.) April 2 is expected to put his stamp on a grab bag of retirement changes that have flamed out in previous sessions via the Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement (SECURE) Act of 2019 (H.R. 1994).
