The AARP and the Pension Rights Center support a proposed class of Northwestern University workers who want to revive their lawsuit targeting the school’s investment choices in their retirement plans.
The groups, which share the goal of promoting retirement security, told the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit that the bar for alleging retirement plan mismanagement in federal court is “relatively low.”
