NFL Benefit Plans Fight Player Allegations of Disability Cuts

A lawsuit by retired football players challenging how National Football League benefit plans provide disability benefits should be dismissed because the players sued the wrong parties and because they failed to show how they’d be harmed by the challenged plan changes, the plans told a federal judge in Chicago.
