Ex-Florida Cop Gets Pension Reinstated After Guilty Plea

A former Tampa, Fla., police sergeant will have her pension reinstated after a state appeals court ruled Wednesday that the police pension fund was wrong to forfeit her benefits after she pleaded guilty in connection with an alleged tax fraud scheme.
