DOL’s Drug-Reporting Input Notice Clears White House Review

A request for input on developing guidance to implement prescription drug-reporting requirements is likely to be issued soon from the Department of Labor.

The White House’s Office of Management and Budget finished reviewing the Employee Benefits Security Administration’s notice (RIN: 1210-AC07) Tuesday. The notice would request information to help develop rulemaking to implement prescription drug requirements for group health plans and insurers under the Consolidated Appropriations Act enacted in December 2020.
