Chevron Workers Take 401(k) Fee Fight to Supreme Court

Chevron Corp. workers who have lost three rounds in court asked the U.S. Supreme Court to revive their lawsuit challenging the how the company managed its $19 billion 401(k) plan.

The justices should undo a 2018 decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit that disposed of their lawsuit in three pages, the workers said in an April 3 petition for review.
