A federal district court in Illinois refused to grant class action status to a proposed class of women suing Health Care Service Corp. and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois over their coverage of breastfeeding support services, saying it wasn’t clear that the defendants applied a uniform policy to all proposed class members.
