BP to Face Trial in Standard Oil Pension Conversion Class Action

A class action accusing BP Corp. NA of failing to properly explain how its acquisition of Standard Oil of Ohio would harm pension benefits is heading to trial after a Houston federal judge declined to award the company summary judgment.
