Airbus CEO Took Home $3.7 Million in 2020, Board Report Says

Airbus CEO Guillaume Faury was paid just over 3 million euros in 2020, according to a report by the company’s board of directors published ahead of the AGM next month.

  • Faury’s compensation was made up of a 1.35 million euros base salary, 1.4 million euros bonus, and 287,186 euros of incentives that vested in 2020
  • Base salary was unchanged versus 2019 while the board granted him 104% of a possible 200% bonus based mostly on how he steered the company through the Covid-19 pandemic
