Air Ambulance Challenge to Blue Cross Refund Practice Won’t Fly

Air Evac EMS Inc. can’t proceed with a lawsuit accusing Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield of violating federal and state laws by limiting insurance refunds for air ambulance emergency services.
