Norway to Cut Taxes for Incomes Under NOK750,000/Yr

Norway to increase wealth tax rates while raising the tax threshold, according to a website statement from Labor Party and Center Party that’s outlining the coalition program.

  • “The government will reduce income tax for those with incomes below 750,000 kroner and increase the tax for others”
  • The overall level of taxes and duties for income will remain unchanged
  • Electricity and fuel taxes to be reduced, including tax on biofuels
  • Corporate tax rate to be kept at 22%
