Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal ‘Very Hard’ to Reach, Toomey Says

A bipartisan infrastructure deal will be difficult to reach if President Joe Biden and Senate Democrats want to fund the plan with corporate tax hikes, Senator Pat Toomey said.
