The Washington Department of Revenue March 16 released the Combined Excise Tax Return Form and instructions for the first quarter of 2023, for sales and use and excise tax purposes. The form has sections for the state business and occupation tax, state sales and use tax, local city and/or county sales and use tax, other excise taxes, credits, and deductions.
