Michigan Can Stay Mum on Millions of GM Credits, Court Rules (1)

Details on hundreds of millions of dollars in job retention tax credits issued to General Motors can stay cloaked under a confidentiality agreement the auto giant struck with state developers, the Michigan Court of Appeals ruled.
