Wynn Resorts Gets Judy Does’ Sexual Harassment Lawsuit Dismissed

Nine women who say they were sexually harassed by former CEO Steve Wynn while working as manicurists or makeup artists in a Wynn Resorts salon in Nevada didn’t adequately plead their case, a federal judge ruled.

The sexual harassment claims by Judy Does Nos. 1–9 were hampered by their desire to pursue the case anonymously, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada said Wednesday.
