The Association of American Medical Colleges won dismissal of claims by a former IT manager that he was discriminated because he is White and retaliated against because he opposed its diversity, equity, and inclusion policies.
The ruling Thursday by the US District Court for the District of Columbia illustrates that workers need to take care to delineate their allegations when filing bias charges with an administrative agency, or at least ensure they check the boxes for all forms of discrimination they claim.
