Wal-Mart Regional Class Suit Won’t Get High Court Review

Denying a petition from Wal-Mart Stores Inc., the U.S. Supreme Court Feb. 29 declined to review a federal appeals court ruling that allows a regional sex discrimination class action to proceed against the retailer (Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. v. Phipps, U.S., 15-597, review denied 2/29/16).
