Victoria’s Secret Faces Wage-Hour Class Action By Manual Worker

Victoria’s Secret Stores LLC failed to pay more than 1,000 employees appropriately for the time they worked, according to a proposed class action filed in New York federal court.

Yvonne Silva, who was employed by Victoria’s Secret from September 2017 through February 2020, sued the company on behalf of other workers who spent at least 25% of their time engaged in physical labor. The company failed to compensate the class plaintiffs for all hours worked, and denied them commissions earned and overtime hours worked, the complaint says.
