UPS Driver Put on Unpaid Leave Faces Uphill Accommodation Battle

A United Parcel Service Inc. driver met a skeptical federal appeals court panel in his Americans with Disabilities Act case, as some judges suggested that UPS need not provide his requested accommodation of a smaller delivery vehicle.
