United Shakes Off Union Suit in Flight Attendant Mask Dispute

United Airlines Inc. won its bid to dismiss claims that it violated the Railway Labor Act by investigating two unionized flight attendants who represented colleagues in disciplinary proceedings over alleged masking violations, after a federal court in Washington, D.C., said it lacked authority to hear the case.
