United Airlines Can’t Shake Former Manager’s Race Bias Claims

United Airlines Inc. failed to halt a lawsuit alleging the company fired a manager in its corporate security department because of her race, after the Northern District of Illinois found sufficient circumstantial evidence of disparate treatment for the case to survive summary judgment.
