Unions Get New Leverage in Biden Federal Sector Bargaining Order

Federal agencies will be bargaining with their unions over a much broader array of topics, including the technology and the number and types of employees used to get work done, under an executive order from President Joe Biden—another signal that the administration is eager to put its stamp on the government’s labor relations program.
